VENDOR GUIDELINES

Market 535 events are outdoor and are RAIN or Shine events. Located at The Crossroads Plaza in Dayton, Texas on cemented areas of our historical downtown district. If unavoidable circumstances mandate a cancelation of a show, credits will roll over to a future show of your choice. Any paid vendor who confirms cancelation within 72 hours in advance of event day will be credited to a future show of vendors choice. If vendor cancelation is not submitted within time frame allotted, they will be considered a no show and credit is non-transferable and will not roll over to future event.  

One Business per Vendor Space Purchase.
There is no Booth “sharing” allowed.  

All vendors must stay for the entirety of the shows scheduled hours, unless approved prior to event with Market 535 staff. This keeps a safe space for our pedestrians at The Crossroads Plaza. Any vendor who leaves early, without prior notice, will not be approved for upcoming Market 535 events.

*By submitting payment to join a Market535 event you are agreeing that your business has the required state tax sales and use permit.

*If you are a Food vendor, by submitting payment to join a Market535 event you are agreeing that your business has the required state food handlers certificate.
